Developments Set To Transform Detroit

1. Hudson Site

Set to be the tallest buiding in Detroit the new site is set to be completed in 2023. The site will feature an 800ft towner with observation deck, 75,000 sqft of public space, a ground floor market, 100,000 sqft of retail space and performance space.

 

 

2. District Detroit

Although Little Caesar's Arena has been completed there is still a variety of projects in the works. These include the Mike Illitch School of Business, retail and residential space.

 

 

3. Michigan Central Train Depot

Recently purchased by Ford Motor Company the infamous Michigan Central Station is about to get a complete make over. From retail to residential the possibilities are endless.

 

 

4. West Riverfront Park

This empty plot of land will soon be transformed into a park with trees, playscapes, sport courts, trails and beach! Eventually when the Detroit Riverwalk is linked from Belle Isle to the Ambassador Bridge, this park will be an integral part of its completion.
